Our newsletters contain tracking pixels. This pixel is embedded in e-mails and allows us to do an analysis of the success of our newsletters. Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an e-mail and which links within the e-mail you click. This analysis is not passed on to third-parties. All data submitted at the time of subscription to our newsletter is stored on Mailchimp’s servers. You may access Mailchimp’s privacy policy here. At any time, you may be removed from our newsletter list by clicking on the unsubscribe button provided in each e-mail.

We may also rely on a third-party service, Wisepops, to service certain pop-up subscription boxes. Any information collected by Wisepop is passed through directly to Mailchimp and is not stored by any party other than Mailchimp.

Webinars: Meltonia Enterprises uses Webinarjam by Genesis Digital to provide online events known as webinars or online workshops. Webinarjam collects your contact information and distributes the webinar and replays streams, sends email communication such as webinar reminders, supplementary material (including promotions) and hosts and tracks actions you take that assist us in measuring the performance of our webinars and email communication. Click here for their privacy policy.

Other Promotions: Meltonia Enterprises may at times run alternative promotions such as product launches, book releases or web-class series via Clickfunnels. Your name and email address is required to sign up to these promotions and will be passed on to Mailchimp for fulfillment of the promotion. Purchases: Meltonia Enterprises uses Premium Web Cart by Cloudnet360 to service payments, process orders, track orders, and affiliate activity. Premium Web Cart collects personal information such as your name, e-mail address, address, country location and payment information. Upon making a purchase through Premium Web cart you will receive e-mail confirmations to the e-mail address you provide during your purchase. These e-mails are sent through various services as outlined above.

Members Forum: Certain products require you to create a user profile on our members forum hosted by Vbulletin. To register, Vbulletin will ask you to submit your username, password, email address and purchase data to verify you as a member. Vbulletin also collects your IP address for security purposes. Remarketing: Meltonia Enterprises may use remarketing tracking cookies and conversion pixels from websites such as Google and Facebook to present specific material and or special offers to you over the Google Content Network and via social networks. This means you may see an ad for one of our products or services as a result of visiting our website. In addition, Meltonia Enterprises uses custom audiences based on e-mails of subscribers and customers. This allows us to present specific content or promotions we believe you will be interested in, to you via Facebook.
